Small Child, Unable To Frame Sentences Or Phrases, Knows Lots Of Words. Cause Of Worry?

Hello doctor, My name is xxxxx and my daughter is 2 years old. I am getting a little bit concerned because she can t say a lot of sentences or phrases. She says around four sentences. She knows a lot of words because when you say them to her she says them back perfectly but she doesn t really say them. I don t know if this is something normal or if its something that I should be concerned about

First I should know the baby's birth history. Did your baby cry immediately after birth?
were there any seizures or hypoglycemic episodes at that time?
was your baby in intensive care unit at birth?

Your baby should be speaking in small sentences by now.
Is it associated with other developmental problems. Does your baby run now?
Do you suspect any hearing problem for your kid? A baby who cannot hear may not be able to speak properly.
