Small Child Suffering From Nausea, Diarrhea With Fishy Odor, Stomach Pain After Eating. Causes?
My 4 year old woke up this evening and said she feels like she has sick in her mouth but then wasn t sick. However she had wet pants and a fishy smelling diarreah which was watery. She has previously for a while complained about stomach ache every Time she eats. I thought maybe she just needs to poo and encourage her but she doesn t always end up doing one.

It appears that your daughter is having a stomach infection which is giving rise to the pain and now diarrhoea. It can occur because of eating something or can be water borne. Ensure that she has enough of liquids to drink in the form of lemonade, butter milk, coconut water so that she is not dehydrated. You can observe her for the next few hours and in case the frequency of motion does not come down then you need to consult your doctor.
