Small child, lump in armpit, infected lymph node, lump above elbow. Treatment?

Took my 8 year old daughter to the doctor 5 days ago with a lump in her armpit. White blood cell count was 10 and they put her on antibiotics for a possible infected lymph node. Lymph node under armpit has not gone down and now she has a lump just above her elbow on the same arm that is sore to the touch. Should we go back to the doctor or finish the medicine.

HI, Shaw,
Thanks for query.
As your daughter is having infected lymph nodes in armpit and on elbow indicates that she is having some infection surrounding area like on fingers, hand or in the chest etc.
Go for physical examination by your doctor and then go for antibiotic medicine accordingly.
Ok and bye.
