Small Child, Head Injury, Bump Behind Head, Redness. Taking Calpol, Fever. Cure?

hi my 2year old daughter hurt her head yesterday as i was carrying her i tripped outside,her head hit the ground and has a bump on the bk of her head,we checked the bump was slightly red,we gave her calpol ,she was fine playing around till this morning she woke up she had a fever gave her some more calpol continued doing so every 4hours,she went to bed at 12 noon she started geting tempreture again when she woke up

Hi Nayim600 you gave her calpol, ok ! Did you check she has only fever, no cold or other symptoms. Bum area is still swollen or not and skin to that area is red or turn into dark color blue. In my advise if calpol can't control the fever. She need pediatric antibiotics too.
