Small Child, Having Cough, Cold, Sore Throat, On Post Nasal Drip. Sinarest-AF Dosage?

Hi, My baby girl is 15 months old and she is having a cough and cold for the last 3 days, with post nasal drip , I think she has sore throat as well, the cough sounds dry, but she is having post nasal drip, she does not have any energy and crying most of the time....should I give Sinarest-AF fow nor....if yes then what will be the dose.....?

Yes you can give Sinarest-AF 0.5 ml three times a day. Also give her syp. Zincris 5 ml once a day for 10 days. Maintain adequate hydration by giving adequate fluid. Monitor for deterioration of condition or any breathing difficulty. Consult your doc immediately if you notice any such condition.
