Small Child Having Constant Nasal Discharge. Scheduled For Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy. How To Stop Discharge?
Hi, My 20 month old son has been having constant runny nose for about 8 months now. He has seen an ENT and is schedule for a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy . I just want to be certain this will stop his continous runny nose before he undergo a procedure as such. Any advise will be greatly appreciated this has been such a hinderance to my child.

If the discherge is purulent, give him some antibiotic like Amoxycillin for 5 days while if its watery, any anti-histaminic will suffice.
