I have a 7 year old boy that has not been feeling well since yesterday. He has had a fever , it was just 101, low energy, but when feeling better it s like he is heeled but he then goes back to being sick again. He also has low appetite and says he has a headache or feels dizzy at times. Is this the flu and should I take him to the doctor?

Fever is mostly viral in nature, give him paracetamol every 6 hourly till fever is above 100F,do tepid sponging if fever is on higher side, give him plenty of fluids.fruit juices.
If symptoms persist than i suggest you to take pediatric consultation for further management.
