Small child, constipation, seed like particles in stools. Causes for symptoms?

Hi, my son is 3 and he s been constipated for about 4 days now, and today he was trying to go poop. When I looked on his underwear, in his dry poop, there was these little things that looked like seeds. Kind of the size of the seeds on a strawberry. Do you have any idea what this may be? It has a little pattern on the seed as well.

Around this age group constipation is common and you can encourage the child to take plenty of oral fluids and you can add dietary fibre to his regular diet by adding fruits, vegetables. Encourage him to go toilet every day. Some seeds wont be digested by human gut and they will appear in stool and some times during constipation the hard stool passed in hard pellets with rugae pattern of rectum on them and they appear like seeds.
