Small Child, Bites On Shoulder, Black Specks Larger Than Pin Head. Treatment?

My 6 year old daughter had what looked to be like bug bites in her shoulder and one had a black speck on larger than a pin head. After taking a closer look it appeared to have what looked to be many small clear legs attached to the skin similar to a small tick but with more legs and they were clear looking. This was in XXXXX

the disease transmiited by bug is chagas disease . this disease occurs only in america
once bug bites acute feature will develop after about 5-7 day only if it transmit trpypanosoma cruzi .

not to be worry if no acute symptom develop .

remove all the bug . use net to prevent the child form bug bites.
give antihistaminic to prevent irritation
