Small Bumps On The Head Of Penis. No Pain And Itching Sensation. Cure?

Hello Doctor,

I have noticed some small bumps on the head of my penis. They are similar in colour to the colour of my skin, but a bit lighter. There are a few of them, about 3 close together to the right, and 3-4 from the middle to the left, each a few millimeters at the most. They are not painful, or itchy, and there is nothing coming out of them. I have not engaged in any sexual activity for over 10 months (since October 2012 I believe), and the last time I did, it was just unprotected oral sex, although the woman I was with is an escort.

Would you be able to tell me what this is? I can provide pictures if possible/necessary.

Thank you.

Hi, some diseases will have a latent period of some months, it appears to be the syphilis, or shancroids. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have some tests for confirmation of the diagnosis of the disease. Thank you.
