Small blood blister like rash on the calves spreading to the thighs, heaviness in the legs due to drop in BP

for the past week i have had small blood blister looking rash coming out on the medial and posterior sides of my calves and now thwey are moving up to the lower medial thighes. i am on my feet all day as a cna/ medical assistant i am getting worried . they dont itch or swell or bust bllod pressure has also started dropping around 86/58 around lunch time every day and my legs feel real heavy when this happens
