Hi and sorry to hear about your menstrual problem.

Though it is strange to notice abrupt changes like this in your menstrual cycle, it is not rare. At times they happen with no identifiable cause and at times with a cause. Pregnancy and related problems are always the first things to consider. A rapid pregnancy test should clear this doubt.

I will suggest that if the test turns out negative, you may want to be a little patient and see how the cycle behaves next month. If you however develop any new symptoms, like abdominal pains, fevers etc, you should consult with your doctor. If the problem should persist next month, also see you doctor.

As for the blood in urine, i think it is more of urine washing blood from the vagina/vulva on it way out rather than a problem with the urinary system. And this is more likely because you are not reporting any urinary symptoms.

I hope this helps you. If you need more information, please you are welcomed back.

Hope you feel better pretty soon.
