After going through the entire description, I am of the opinion that the cause for your pain is muscle pull or strain - upper abdominal wall muscles can sometimes get pulled or strained inadvertently and can cause
sharp pain, which worsens on breathing,sneeezing,coughing or bending down.
To get relief from the pain and for quick healing:
Do hot fomatation at the site. Apply local anti-inflammatory gel 2-3 times a day. Take anti-inflammatory drugs like
Ibuprofen to reduce pain and inflammation. Do not lift weight or try to do exercise that involve painful muscles. Give proper time to heal.
