Sleep cycle maintainence or called sleep hygiene
is an important aspect of today's tough life.It is a viscious circle more you think more you deprived of sleep.There are some important steps in your life style ,which you should done to maintain sleep cycle
1.Should not take CNS stimulants like coffee,tea atleast 4-5 hrs before going to bed.
2. Avoid sleep during day time.
3.Make habit of watching some movies or reading before bed
4. your bedroom should be non disturbing due to outsiders voices.
5.Do atleast half an hour evening walk or exercise
Now for this current problem you may take recent benzodiazepines like Zolpedem,zopiclone
before sleep.But without above changes these drugs are not so effective.
