Skipping a period on Levlen Ed.Is this safe ?
I am on Levlen Ed and today is the last pill (tomorrow I start the sugar tablets). I have a holiday booked next week and get painful periods, however this is my first period on the pill so I am unsure if it will be painful. However, I don t enjoy the idea of sitting in a car for 5 hours with a heavy period :P So, my question is, is it safe to skip my first period with Levlen Ed (not taking the sugar tablets)? My period was always regular, if that makes any difference

If u dont want to have periods next week while you are on vacation,Keep on taking Levlen Ed (Not the sugar ones but what u took in last 3 weeks) tablets till the time u dnt want periods.Once u r over with holiday u can stop the tablets and you ll get periods in 5-7days.From next cycle u can start with new pack of Levlen Ed.Take care
