Skin with black spot on shoulder, neck and back

hi, my skin became black spotted on shoulder , neck and back...recently I consulted a Doctor who suggested me some medicine and to apply a cream called Miclogenta-N.Please suggest me some solution for this.

Manish ,i would like to know your age and also whether you had any pimples on the back or face .
Probably you have a post inflammatory pigmentation on back .Miclogenta-N is a combination cream .That may not help you here.You can try tretinoin cream(0.025%) at night only on the spots.If you have pimples or any other skin problem kindly let me know in detail.

hi welcome to health care is manifestation of internal try to avoid your worry,take 8 to 10 glass of water,take lemon juice,apple cider vinegar,honey is very good for skin,aloevera gel and vitamin e,cucumber juice any papya,1/2teaspoon of lemon juice+glycerine+sandalwood which smooth your skin,safron +small amount of honey apply this all are natural method to remove your black spot,homoeopathy is also good for skin disease try it you get result
