Skin turned red during pregnancy. What should I do?

hi doc. this is tricia, 25 years old. i have a problem with my very red skin. people always comment that i have a sunburnt skin. i used to have a very fair skin before, but during pregnancy, it started getting red and never returned to its normal color even after giving birth. what should i do? should i take up vit. e or collagen products?
