Skin problem with itching under the stomach, is it herpes .. okay so i went to my primary and i have this itching underneath the flap of my stomach. i went to him because it was itching and wouldnt stop. he didn't do any tests and just said it was herpes. i have never had sex so i know its not herpes. i have had this itching for like 5 months now and i put chortizone and neosporin and it just wont go away. now i have another itchin and it is all over my arms and elbows and i itch them and it leaves a bunch of little pink dots and same thing i put calamine lotion, cortizone, neosporin and nothing seems to help it. if there is a doctor in this field please help me with this problem and what i need to do about it. let me know if i could send digital photos of what i am talking about so you could help me.

Herpes spreads by sexual route and it is called genital herpes which happens in and around genital region. herpes also spreads by direct contac and also by skin to skin contact even by kissing and also by sharing of the linen. so to get herpes one need not to have sex. and not hade sex doesent mean that it is not herpes. usually doctor just see the lesion and than they say that it is herpes or not and no test is needed. and unless proper treatmen is given herpes will not get cured. all the lotions used by you will not help you in any way. so consult a dermatologist and take his opinion since you ahve doubt on the diagnosis made by the primary.

yeah but how would i have gottn herpes. like i said i have never had sex never had a girlfriend or anything. how the hell could i get told at the herpes. i have been told by a hospital it is not herpes it looks like eczema, psoraisis or scabies, this burns when i take a shower and will not quit itching. please help me
