Skin In The Left Of Waist Feels Raw, Spreading To Lower Back And Belly Button, Extremely Painful And Sensitive. Help?

The skin around the left sidebof my waist feels very raw to the touch. It has been tender for just under a week without any skin discolorization or rash . The area affect goes from the middle of my lower back around to below my belly button. It is very painful to the touch, even my clothes creats much discomfort as it brushes over it.

Hi,
You might be having prodrome of Herpes zoster. You can wait for next few days and see whether skin eruptions take place. Meanwhile take B-complex capsules having methylcobalamine and analgesics. Apply emollients twice daily to reduce skin stretching.
