Skin Hanging Out Of Anus, No Blood On Pain. Is It Hemorrhoid ?

Hi. I have a skin hanging out of my anus and im not sure if its hemorrhoid or not. It does not swell up, no blood i bowel movement , and i havent noticed any pain from it except for the times when i wore thongs. Im not sure if its from anal sex or from forcing myself to poop. Any idea? And if i do have hemorrhoid... Are there any way ehich the doctor can remove it? Thanks

Hello. Welcome to hcm.

Skin hanging from anus is most probably due to anal sex as they r painless and no bleeding as hemorrhoids have pain and bleeding. As anus is not a physiological place for anal sex,the friction causes skin to hang. Also as you used increased pressure for defecation,all contributed to skin tag.

I advice you to stop anal sex for a period and see for the length of skin. Take cremaffin syrup so that stools soften up. There is no complication if the skin tag was due to anal sex. If distressing,you can go for its removal. It will be minor procedure.
