Sir , i had been on clonazepam 2mg since 1998 with prothidin, then mirtaze 30 mg with potent of clonazepam i.e. nitrozepam 10 mg and remitex 8 mg respectively till 2013. Then i was on clonazepam 2 mg with lithium and quetipine sr 100 to 200mg. Lithium badly affected my Thyroid Profile within tree month and i had to stop it. from 2013 onwards i was on gabapin 600 t0 1200 mg with clonazepam 2mg with quetiapine SR 200 mg till january 2016. now i am on clonazepam 1 mg with 300 mg quetiapine plain. this dose is okay for me. but sir i have come to know that quetiapine causes weight gain. Though quetiapine 200 mg is part of my daily dosage till 2013 my weight is still same as it was in 2013 i.e 70 kg. should i reduce the dose of quetiapin from 300mg to 150 mg by incersing dose of clonazepam up to 2mg. In short should i take dose 150 quetiapine plain with clonazepam 2mg? please advise me.
