Significant indentation in both thighs with intense pain, no bruising. How can I get rid of it?

I have recently noticed a signifigant indent in both thighs. Midway up the front of my leg. I started a job in Sept where I lean over a railing to wait on customers. And yes, the railing hits at the uindent . There is an aching pain at the indent site, but no bruising . I now try to limit contact with the railing. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the indent? I take ibuprophen.

Welcome to the forum. The aching pain that you are experiencing is due to muscle spasm or nerve compression. Body takes some time to adapt to changes in job. Don't worry, you should avoid contact with a railing to limit the internal injury that causes you pain.

You can take nimusulide/paracetamol combination medications after meals to get relief. You can also apply ointments like "thrombophop" to help release any internal blood clots. Pain relieving sprays and oitments can be helpful.

Pain should subside with rest if it does not subside, get clinically assessed. Take care
