Side Effects Of Cortisone Injection?

I got a cortisone injection in my right shoulder for calcific bursitis. My right forearm is now red and warm to the touch. I have also noticed some redness in my cheeks and upper chest. My arm is the only body part that is both red and warm to the touch. Is this normal?
