I RECOMMEND U SHOULD NOT TAKE ANY MEDICINES OVER THE COUNTER, DURING THE 1st 3 MONTHS OF PREG, BECAUSE THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PHASE OF FETAL DEVELOPMENT, IT`s VITAL ORGANS..
HENCE, CONSULT UR OBS & GYNAE DR.
IF UR DIABETIC, HYPERTENSIVE PT etc THEN U NEED TO CONTINUE THOSE... AFTER INFORMING UR DR. IT MIGHT NEED DOSE ALTERATION.
