Side effects of Endura mass or whey protein?

Hi,sir i am 22yrs old and height of 6.4 and my weight is 67.. I am going for gym to increase weight and hav a nice physique The trainer suggested me to take protein like Endura mass or whey protein I m not sure to take it or not .... Does these powders hav any side effects and will they affect me in future ? Can u plz suggest me should i take or not

Taking protein supplements in the form of endura mass or whey protein will not cause much problem unitl and unless you have kidney and liver disease.
Too much protein overload ultimately is dealt with kidney and liver. If you are healthy person, no need to worry.
