Sick In Chest, Sore Throat, Stuffy Nose, Body Ache, Headache. Problem?
Hello I keep getting a nervous/sick feeling in my chest, throat, head and lower stomach, as well as this my body is also aching around the shoulders and I feel like I've a constant headache too. This has been constant feelings for about a week now & in this time I have also been suffering a sore throat and a stuffy nose too... I don't know why?

Hello,
You're complaining of upper and lower respiratory tract infection.
History of sore throat and stuffy nose indicates that it may be a viral infection.
Adequate rest is needed.
Take antipyretic and anti histaminic.
Consume lot of oral fluid.
Steam inhalation also helps.
If it is superadded with any bacterial infection than take a course of antibiotic.
