Sick After Drinking Monster Energy Drink, Blood In Urine. Side Effect ?

I drank a monster energy drink the other day. I don't drink carbonated drinks very often much less energy drinks. I don't even drink coffee and if I drink tea it is decaf. I am an athlete and I eat extremely healthy. I maybe have one soda every 2-3weeks. I prefer to drink water, juice, and milk.
After drinking the monster I felt the "buzz" instantly. A couple hours later I felt sick and had to use the restroom. I noticed there was some blood in my urine. Is this from the monster? Or could it be something else?

These drinks contain some substances like adrenalin and these substances cause
high blood pressure,tachycardia and for this reason you feel sick.
Blood in the urine relation ,i think has no link with this drink.
I think that you should do an urine analysis to determine where is coming from this blood,and consult with your doctor.
You should not take anymore energy drinks
