Shoulder Pain, Feel Lightheaded, Dizzy, Small Lump On Right Shoulder Blade. Anything To Worry ?
I developed shoulder pain 3 days ago, when I move certain ways. I've also been feeling quite light-headed and dizzy the past couple of weeks. Today my husband noticed a small, marble sized protruding lump on my right shoulder blade. The lump is very hard, like bone and is not sore to press but the area around it is where the pain is. Anything to worry about?
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic. In shoulder joint, Acromioclavicular joint is more prone for Over growth ( Osseous Hypertrophy). It is more common in persons who lift very heavy weight. The pain may be due to arthritic changes. But least we have to think about the possibility of tumour. Tumour may be either Benign or Malignant. Osteochondroma is more common in Humeral Head. Only way to confirm is Orthopedician consultation with X Ray, CT and MRI Scan.
Take care
