Should We Continue Giving Tetra Pack Milk To 20 Months Old?

Hi, My daughter is 20 months old and is around 9.5 kgs (kind of underweight) though very active & a good height. For the last 2 weeks we have started giving her Amul Full cream (tetrapack) milk mixed with boiled water in a ratio of 90:10 and 3-4 times a day. Initially after every feed she did small amount of potty however gradually this is reducing and now 2 times out 4 she does potty. Not sure if we should continue with the tetra pack milk or stop it? Please advise.
