Should Udiliv Tablets Be Taken Before Or After Lunch?
Hello, I have a Gallbladder stone. 5 months ago when I got to know about this the size of the stone was 11*4 mm, Recently I went to ultrasound scan again and they said the size is 9 mm. after The first Ultra sound scan I have used UDILIV 300 for 2 weeks and I felt some chest pain and stopped taking that tablet. Is it some thing the size got reduced or one of the scanning report could be wrong. Now again I started taking UDILIV 300 once a day after my lunch. Should I take the tablet before lunch or after lunch? Please help me. Regards, Sri

Udiliv-300 (ursodeoxycholic acid) is a bile acid commonly prescribed to relieve the symptoms associated with gall stones, and liver or gall bladder diseases. It also helps in dissolution of cholesterol containing gall stones. So, the reduction of the size of the gallstone seems to be due to this drug. To be more effective Udiliv-300 should be taken two times a day with food or immediately after food.
