Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of Widal test is as follows:
The Widal test detects the antibody titres in blood.
The titres are detected for antigens O and H.
The antibody titres when above 1: 80 are significant.
The antibody titres for O and H antigen are 1:320 and 1:160.
Both the values are more than 1:80 and thus positive or reactive.
Thus, these values are positive for typhoid fever.

A previous history of malaria and urinary tract infection will not interfere with Widal test.
However, Widal test becomes negative if there is history of antibiotic intake.

Thanks and take care
