Should the eye be checked for trauma?

Hi I am a mechanic and I hit myself very hard right over my eye with a breaker bar( solid metal rod) at full force. I know I have a concussion due to feeling like I was floating and dizzy and sick but now that I m home laying down and took tylonol I m feeling better but my eyes are still fluttering and surprisingly there isn t that big of a bump on my eye brow where the impact happened, it did break skin tho and hurts to touch . I just don t know if I should get it checked out or wait and see how it is tommorow?
