Should The Navidoxine Dosage Be Increased?

hi, am 2mths old pregnant,i am 33yrs my last period was 22nd may 2011, am weighing 62.3,my Bp 70/100, my height 157meters, i have a neausia and prequent salavating and a Dr prescribed navidoxine for me, but its like its not helping me any more, can i increase the dosage or i should continue with 1 in the morning and 1 @ night?

The usual dosage is one pill twice a day
It should be safe to increase the dosage but you should check that out with your doctor first
