Should The ER Be Visited For Chest Pain Along With Chills And Dizziness?

I am a 20y/o man, with a few chronic illnesses. Tonight, my chest hurts (aching/dull) and feels like a huge weight is sitting on my chest. I also feel weak, shaky, and dizzy. I have long-qt, which has caused me to pass out before, but it didn't feel like this. I am functional enough to speak, sit up/ walk slowly on my own, etc, but I can't focus enough to read and I feel like I'm going to fall asleep with how tired I am. Should I go to the ER?

Hi,

It looks like you may be suffering from chest congestion due to viral fever or allergy.

Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Check for your heart condition by getting done ECG and echocardiography.

Please consult your physician, get it done chest X-ray and get treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
