Should One Remove Dissolvable Stitches After Sometime Or Wait?

I ve got a few dissolvable stitches in my lip from a fall a month ago. They seem loose, with a gap between the knots and the skin, but feel like they re taking forever to fall off. Is there a point where I should remove them/have them removed, or do they really just take forever? The skin below seems fine, aside from scarring, without any infection or scabbing.

hiii read through your query and I must say that nothing to be worried in this situation. Dissolvable stitches never will be tight as compared with non dissolvable stitches and also its lips itis movable area where it is full time movement so it gets loose.Lips are highly vascular area so it gets healed very fast so nothing to be worried. It must have already healed. So be happy and go and get it removed. In my opinion no need to get it re stitched.Hope I have answered your query.Wishing you a haapy and healthy day.
