Should Medications Be Used For The Given Semen Analysis And For Mild Varicocele To Impregnate?

My Husband last semen analysis was as follows :



Volume: 3.5 ml

Reation: Alkaline

Viscosity: Viscous

Liquidation time : 45 min



Pus cells: 10-12 /HPF

R B Cs : Nill

epithelial cellls : Nill

Spermatogenic cells : 2-3/HPF



Motility:

Progressive : HIGH-35, MODERATE -10 LOW -05%

Non progressive : 10%

Non motile: 40%



Morphology:

Normal :50%

Abnormal : 50%

Total sperm count : 70 million/cc



He also found out to be having : Mild varicocele in the left



What is your opinion doctor about the semen analysis does my husband require any meds ? We are married for 3 years with no kids and have been trying for 1 year 6 month and had one unsussesful iui

You seems in hurry be patience, the semen analysis is okay, no need to worry about this neither this needs any medicine, remember just single sperm need for fertilization, so why to worry the chances of pregnancy are very high, enjoy the life have nice day.
