Should Losartan/hctz Tablets Be Continued After Bp Comes To Lower Level?

I was taking hyzar 100/25 The dr put me on losartan/Hctz tabs 100/25 my blood pressure is down to 106/65 and heart rate of 80. It has gone as low as 98/65 Do I need this drug. I have no energy. I walk about 2 miles every day but go early in the morning before I take the losartan/hctz/ I am 84 years old. I take over the counter drugs one lodose aspirin, calcium, megared ultra strenght1000 mg. d3 2000IU, ALSO NEXIUM CAPS 40 MG. PRESERvISION FOR EYES HAVE GLAUOMA

Hello,
Your fatigue is due to lower blood pressure and electrolyte depletion because of HYDROCHLORTHIAZIDE ( diuretic ) present in the combination.
You can reduce your drug dose to half of what you are taking.
Take 50/12.5 and keep monitoring your blood pressure.
Drink plenty of fluids.
