Should I Undergo Laser Treatment For Lattice In Both Eyes?

Hi I have been diagonosed with lattices in both eyes . I am myopic . I was suggested to undergo barrage laser treatment .I dont experience any floaters or flashes but very rarely i get a blurred vision around the objects which I focus . The vision becomes normal if I take a nap of 30 minutes or so . Should I undergo laser treatment at this point of time ?
