Should I Meet Doctor For Itching And Bump In Implanon Implant Arm?
I have had the implant implanon in my arm for almost 3yrs its supposed to be removed in december i have never had any problems with it until last night it was a little itchy it didnt bug me until i woke up and it was all red with a kinda big bump and then it just went aay well now its itchy again and getting another bump is this normal or should i just make the appointment to have it removed

Implanon is a long-acting (up to 3 years), reversible, hormonal contraceptive method. The implant must be removed by the end of the third year and may be replaced by a new implant at the time of removal, if continued contraceptive protection is desired.So you need to check with your doctor whether implanon has reached expiration and remove the implant.
