Hi,

Ciplar is a medication for blood pressure and has nothing to do with the weakness,on the other hand evion is a vitamin E which is prescribed as a nerve strengthening agent so as far as the continuation of following medicines is considered you need to take Ciplar or a substitute or alternate of it for life long, since blood pressure is only controllable and not curable.

Evion on the other hand is been prescribed for the weakness in your limbs, continuation of which depends on the primary condition responsible for the weakness. If the cause is a muscular dystrophy or neuropathy you need to keep taking it for the whole of your life. Primary concern at present is to diagnose the cause responsible for the weakness, once the cause is identified only then we can comment on the type and duration of the medication. You need to get a thorough clinical and lab examination.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
