Surgery will prevent the chance of it from becoming Grade III and Grade IV which are dangerous and will always be outside and bleeding and will definitely need surgery that time. You may wait if you wish but good surgical treatment is available and will ensure you won;t get this problem again. Also eat diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water for good motion and preventing constipation.
