Should I Go To Hospital As My Daughter Is Vomiting?

my 1 yr old daughter was fine this morning and then we got in car and about 15 mins into the drive she started projectile throwing up everything, she's at times acting really tired kinda rolling her eyes in head and sleeping and then suddenly in her sleep just starts throwing up again no temp {i checked it in her armpit}and then was back to normal for like 3 hrs and is throwing up again??????????whats wrong should i be going to the hospital??

hello,welcome to healthcare magic forum,have you given her any food items from outside?because cause may be the infection but source we dont know.anyhow if you have not given any medicine to her then try syrup-ondensateron 2.5 ml two times in a day.give ors (mix 1 sachet in 1 ltr of water ,shake it well and try to give as much you can give.(additional 100 ml should be given after each episode of vomiting)you can give other fluids also like water,juices ,glucose etc.If it does not help meet a pediatrician ,she may need admission.thank you.
