Hello,
Thanks for the consult...

Brief answer,
Moderate to severe chance of risk exposed to hiv

Detailed answer,
1. I seen your query and you mentioned that you had unprotected vaginal and oral sex with a aexual worker
2. The result came as negative just 14 days of possible risk exposure
3. To get an accurate result of ELISA the test should be more than 25 days of exposure.
4. If you want know the hiv status kindly do the RNA polymerase test which gives result from 1-3 weeks of risk exposure
5. The confirmation test is by the WESTERN BLOT test which usually done at the end of 6th week
6. The chance of getting hiv is more in your case and the symptoms are looking more like Acute Retroviral Symptoms (ARS) due to unprotected sex

Hope this information helps
