Should I Be Worried Of Urine Analysis Report At 8th Month Of Pregnancy?

I am 8 month pregenet and my urine analysis is report says S.Turbid Appearance, Specific gravity 1.005, lecucocute estrase is +++, there are some traces of Protein and blood, moreover, RBC, WBC and epitheal cells values are above the given range. Is there something to worry about it

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).UTI should be taken seriously during pregnancy.
This is indicated by turbid colour of urine and presence of RBC, WBC and epithelial cells etc in urine.UTI is also confirmed by positive lecucocyte esterase.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
Ultrasound of abdomen can detect other associated pathology.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
