Should I Be Worried Of Belching And Pain In Left Shoulder And Arm While Taking Rosuvas F10 For High Triglyceride Level?
hi, i have triglycerides for over an year now and have been taking rosuvas F10, but ti does not seem to have any effect. Cholesterol is within 200, now i have started to get a lot of belching and pain in my left shoulder and arm... the pain is little and does not increase or decrease with physical activity or rest....should i be worried

From the nature of pain and history of high lipid level, as you have mentioned, there is something to be worried. It might be pain as a result of angina.
I assume that you don't have mild left sided chest pain or pin prick sensation.
I suggest you to consult a local cardiologist for clinical examination and investigations like repeat lipid profile, ECG and maybe Coronary angiography.
