Should I Be Worried Of ECG Report?

my husband had an ECG - results show:
Sinus Rythm
Freq Ventr: 88LPM Abnormal T wave Non specific
Int PR: 178 ms ECG not normal
DUR QRS: 69 ms
QT/QTc: 340/386 ms not confirmed
P-R-T: 54 15 79

anything we should be concerned about?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion no need to worry much about your ECG report.
Non significant t wave abnormality means less than1mm t wave deviation. It is seen in
1. Normal persons
2. Obese patients
3. Females etc.
But better to get done repeat ECG after 1 month. And if same changes are there than no need to worry. If progressive changes are there than you need to consult cardiologist .
But at this moment no need to worry.
