Should I Be Worried About Chest Pain And Lightheadedness?

I'm 47, female, dad's family has history of heart attacks (not my dad yet!!) I feel kind of lightheaded/weak/headachy (almost like the weird feeling you get when you take a vicodin) , pain in my right lower rib cage and right side of my jaw, hearburn....I just feel really off!!! Should I be worried? I'm at work.....

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter.
Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of heart burn, chest pain etc.
So avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals. Start proton pump inhibitors.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
If not improving by all these than consult doctor.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
