Should I Be Concerned About Soft White Lump On Itching Anus And Bleeding Anus?
Hello I would like any information possable I have a little soft white lump on the outside of my anus hole its soft and there is no blood in stool only when I wipe blood goes on the tissue I find it very itchy mostly at night but can agure anytime I have been to my doctors and got told it was piles then whent back after pile cream was not doing anything after months of use so then I got told I had a infection and they gave me creams and it seemed to carm down for to weeks so thought all was good I carried on doing what I was doing before and its just gone back to normal any advice on what I can buy from a pharmacy to maybe try or maybe give me a suggestion of what this could be would be of great help thank you

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Noted the history of soft white little lump on the outside of anus, no blood in stool, but blood on tissues, itchy and so on. As per the history you have provided this looks to be a case of anal fissure with sentinel piles and I would advise you the following:
-High fiber diet
-Avoid all the foods and beverages and stress-like conditions which gives constipation.
- Laxative for softening the stool
- Never allow the dose too much to cause liquid stools.
- Sitz bath- very important- just before passing a stool and after passing a stool.
Clean the area very clear of the fecal soiling that remains after cleaning; use cotton soaked in the same water to clean. You can apply liquid povidone iodine locally. Apply nothing else. Five day course of an antibiotic on prescription of a local Doctor.
Add probiotics and multivitamins. Avoid stress and mental tensions at any cost, this is a very important factor.
