Should I Be Concerned About Small Bowel Movements With Blood Inspite Of Using Laxatives For Constipation?

I was suffering from constipation for about 3 days and took 1 laxative about 5pm yesterdat. It has been less that 24 hours, I had horrible cramping around 3am and was sweating profusely. I have had diarrhea like stools since 3am and at about 10am I didn t have much coming out but it is now bloody and I still have cramping. Very small bowel movements with blood comes out. No fever, no chills, no vomiting, no back pain or headache. I am afraid to eat but am drinking Gatorade and water. Do I need to go to urgent care or wait it out?
