Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you inhaled bleech , which is concerning you . Well sodium hypochlorite is a chemical commonly found in bleach . Swallowing sodium hypochlorite can lead to poisoning. Breathing sodium hypochlorite fumes may also cause poisoning, especially if the product is mixed with ammonia. I would suggest you to to drink glass of milk and stay in fresh air. If the chemical is on the skin or in the eyes, flush with lots of water for at least 15 minutes. Visit physician immediately to seek medical help as sometimes these poisoning symptoms could be severe. Administration of humidified oxygen and bronchodilators and airway management is the only antidote for ammonia poisoning.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
